Smart Service iFleet was designed and built by Coalesce Software for My Service Depot. iFleet will only function for licensed customers who currently use Smart Service 10 or SSX from My Service Depot.
iFleet is a field employee package that allows a technician’s scheduled work to be sent to an iPhone or iPad. The employee has the following functions available on their Pad or iPhone:
• Add, edit, or delete line items
• Add and edit job notes
• View customer history
• Add, edit, or delete customer equipment
• View and edit customer, job, job item, and equipment user defined fields
• Clock in and out of the job
• Track mileage on a vehicle
• Track fuel purchases and travel time
• Synchronize information to your Smart Service database
Smart Service iFleet allows your employees to receive assignments on their iPad or iPhone wherever they are located, eliminating the need for paper invoices or work orders. Technicians can start their daily route from home without making time consuming and expensive trips to the office to pick up paperwork. By allowing technicians to update job information and synchronize with your Smart Service database from the field, iFleet eliminates the need to manually enter notes from paper work orders at the end of the day. All the data will be there automatically which saves you time and payroll dollars on data entry.

iPad or iPhone 3Gs or newer
iFleet User License from My Service Depot
Important note:
Please keep in mind that the iFleet app uses Location Services (including GPS) on your device, and the Location Services can run in the background if you leave the iFleet app. Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
